Installing / Uninstalling
Installation
To install our Dynatrace SaaS PowerConnect App you will need to follow this guidelines:
Go to the Hub App on your SaaS tenant.
Navigate to the “Manage” tab.
Click on “Upload app”.
Select the .zip file for upload.
A popup will appear, select “Install/Update”.
Common issues when installing/using the app
Make sure to have in the Environment settings, on the Limit outbound connections the domain “*.dynatrace.com”.
When installing the buckets you might face an issue with the license, you can create a ticket for Dynatrace to update it.
When opening the app for the first time you might see an error stating that you have unsufficient permissions, please check this documentation for what permissions your user should have.
Uninstalling
To uninstall the app you will need to follow this guidelines:
Go to the Hub App on your SaaS tenant.
Navigate to the “Manage” tab.
Search for the PowerConnect App.
Click the 3-dot menu on the right side of the app.
Select “Delete”.
