Description
To determine the number of active dialog users in the SAP system, a factor for PowerConnect licensing, the following method can be used:
Execute the RSUSR200 transaction in the productive client in the production environment for the SAP application in scope. Select only the “Users Valid Today” option, select “Dialog Users” in the Selection by User Type section, and execute.
Provide the number of users in the top center of the screen. This is the number of active dialog users in the environment.
