Description
While upgrading ABAP based systems via downtime minimized approach with SUM tool, we have observed a bug which leads to Inactive import of ABAP programs.
Resolution
This issue has been found in NetWeaver 7.54 based systems. It might happen in other versions.
So, to be on safer side, we recommend customers NOT to use the downtime minimized mode until further communication.
