PowerConnect SP 6.04 Release notes (ABAP)

Prerequisites

In case of upgrade, please ensure no unsent metrics are left in the queue before PowerConnect jobs are started again. Following options need to be considered:

Stop Extractor job and wait until all metrics are sent before the upgrade is actually started.
Stop all jobs and execute ‘Goto->Troubleshooting->Truncate cluster’ menu option to cleanup all metrics in the queue.

Remarks

In current release BCSET activation creates only one Customizing transport (in previous version there were two transports: Workbench and Customizing).

Known issues

Following configuration changes might be required to activate the functionality below (current release only).

SM20

To extract SAP audit logs from DB, manual change is required in the Administrator->Setup Task Group config: object name needs to be changed to /BNWVS/CL_EXT_SM20_RSAU (SM20).

HDB Audit.

The configuration for this extractor is missing in current version. To activate this functionality, following settings should be maintained:
